Art Journal for my Daughter while she is gone

My sweet daughter went back to Wyoming with her grandpa to spend some time and I thought a great way for us both to stick with it as it pertains to creating would be to keep an art journal ongoing for the time she is gone. I'm a little behind, but I will catch it up and start a new one as well as I will be running out of pages into the beginning of the new year. After this one is finished up I will send it to her and she will send me hers. I love this kind of thing. We started this up in July so I'll share July's images here. Some are fully finished up, some will take on a tweak or two and some additional writing.

In the meantime, here is the month of July, starting with the 8th and the 9th.

i noticed you have two distinct styles of script Christine... one in your gorgeous cursive (that seems to stay on a perfect line (I'm jealous); and two, a print font ... as though it is someone else's mind/hand as work.. Is Joel adding to the journal, or are there two you's? ;)

Some lovely pieces here as well.... and great advice, even for we adults LOL

I have two distinct styles of script. Heck, I might even have more than two if I thought about it. (or dug around and compared) One is more careful and flowing and one is "hurry, hurry, hurry" - I think :-D
